Most definitely, as it had a major issue with being thought of a rescue organization than a place for users to seek therapy. The information has been narrowed down, easier to read, navigation menu cut down due to many pages, and small galleries to show users the behind the scenes.

Is the layout cleaner than before?
Will the improvements help the organization?
I believe so, especially since the introduction to the contact page. Since the build of the page, they have had an increase in client submission on wanting more information about the program. Also, the re-organization of services has made it easier for adults or parents to seek information about the needs they are wanting to fill.
